Hitachi Capital Corporation

  • 1. Hitachi Capital Corporation acquired 100% of the shares of UNUM Japan Accident Insurance Co., Ltd. in order to provide better ever services (December 2003).
  • 2. Hitachi Capital Corporation, Sekisui House, Ltd. and Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd. established a joint venture called The Mortgage Corporation of Japan, Limited. The new joint venture is a specialist housing-related financial services company (May 2003).
