Various types of support are required to reduce the information divide received due to the limitations of age or physical/mental disabilities, in order to afford opportunities for everyone to be fully involved in society.

The Hitachi Group has been carrying out welfare-related R&D from various viewpoints and developing/providing products and services, such as simplified user-friendly information systems.

We are endeavoring to expand the variety of our activities, such as providing support to welfare-related systems by utilizing the unique knowledge and information technology expertise accumulated by Hitachi.
