Hitachi to Provide Support for the Recovery from the Typhoon in the Philippines

Tokyo, Japan, February 19, 2013 - Hitachi, Ltd. today announced that Hitachi Group donated a total value of 1 million peso to the Philippine Red Cross to aid the victims of the typhoon that hit the Philippines, and to assist in recovery efforts in the affected regions.

Hitachi expresses deep condolences for the victims of the typhoon and sincerely hopes for the earliest recovery of the people and areas in the Philippines that have been affected by the disaster.
