Yangon, 25 August 2015 - Hitachi, Ltd. (TSE: 6501) today announced that the decision of Hitachi Group to donate US$10,000 (12.45 million Myanmar Kyat*) to support Myanmar's relief efforts as the country is hit by one of its worst floods in decades. It is reported that the flood has claimed at least a hundred lives and affected a million people.
