ER2000 is a collective term for Hitachi's stand-alone CDMA 1xEV-DO platforms. It encompasses total network systems, such as wireless base stations for CDMA 1xEV-DO, radio access networks, Femtocell systems, and PDSN.
The ER3000 is the successor to the ER2000. Improving on conventional systems, the ER3000 provides a highly scalable platform for mobile broadband communications such as WiMAX.
