Furthermore, Hitachi's Central Research Laboratory leads in the advanced study of wireless transmission, mobile IP networks and gateway. ER2000 is a collective term for Hitachi's stand-alone CDMA 1xEV-DO platforms. It encompasses total network systems, such as wireless base stations for CDMA 1xEV-DO, radio access networks, and PDSN.
ER3000 is the successor to ER2000. Improving on conventional systems, ER3000 provides highly scalable platforms for mobile broadband communications such as WiMAX, LTE, and UMB. Hitachi offers next-generation solutions. Using them, operators may create innovative services and be competitive in the market of integrated, seamless services.
Making the best use of our numerous achievements and experience in the commercialization of third-generation mobile technology, Hitachi is conducting research, development, evaluation and demonstration on next-generation mobile technology.
By combining our engineering and business experience in a wide range of industrial fields with core Central Research Laboratory technology, Hitachi has accomplished a variety of research results in the area of core technology for next-generation mobile applications.
