The Hitachi AMN6200, a wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) system for metro networks and enterprise networks, enables wavelength multiplexed bidirectional transmission and long-haul transmission over a single optical fiber. The AMN6200 enables a flexible, scalable, and cost-effective network to be built.
The AMN1700-series packet transport system provides connection-oriented communication service on a packet-switched network. Complying with Transport MPLS (ITU-T G.8110.1), the AMN1700 system provides traditional static provisioning, scalability, QoS and high reliability, all of which are musts for a carrier. In addition, multi-protocol interworking makes it possible to create a unified transport network.
The AMN6300, Hitachi's 40 Gbit/s extender system, transmits 40 Gbit/s user interface optical signals for a distance of up to 40 km, making it an excellent choice for ultra-high capacity metro-access area networks and enterprise networks.
