MIS Asia's 2011 Strategic 100 index lists the top hundred ICT companies without favor for their place of origin or their organizational size. Each Strategic 100 honoree owes its place on the index entirely to how well it performs along the previously mentioned measures. The companies are adjudged by MIS Asia's panel of judges and are recognized as one of the 100 ICT companies that are most important to public and private organizations in Asia-this is the Strategic 100 index.
The Global 75 category includes companies which are generally accepted by the judges as world leaders in their field, in terms of reach, operational and financial might, and influence on the ICT.

2011 marks the 2nd consecutive year that Hitachi Asia has been listed in the Global 75 as an honoree since 2010.
This year, the MIS Strategic 100 Certificate Presentation & Networking Cocktail 2011 was held on 8 December 2011 at ARDENT'S Cafe Bar, Singapore.
