Integrated Operations Management JP1

Need to evaluate service performance from the user's perspective?

JP1/Service Level Management monitors and evaluates service performance in real time as experienced by the users of the service. The product works in both on-premises and cloud environments, and helps you ensure sufficient performance (in terms of average response time, throughput, and error rate) from the user's perspective and meet your defined service level objectives (SLO). By linking this product with JP1/Performance Management, you can also monitor service usability (service operating rate, MTTR, and MTBF) and the performance of service-related systems (operating statuses of servers and various applications). By monitoring and evaluating these performance indicators, you can maintain and improve service performance as needed.
SLO: Service Level Objective
MTTR: Mean Time To Recovery
MTBF: Mean Time Between Failures

Mechanism for detecting warning signs based on unusual performance levels

Benefits of the product

  • Based on past performance information and current performance values, detect, in real time, trends that deviate from the norm. Such trends are warning signs of degradation in service performance levels and, left unattended, might lead to failures. By identifying these trends before threshold values are actually exceeded, you can address the underlying issues before users notice degradation in the services being provided.
