JP1/Service Level Management monitors and evaluates service performance in real time as experienced by the users of the service. The product works in both on-premises and cloud environments, and helps you ensure sufficient performance (in terms of average response time, throughput, and error rate) from the user's perspective and meet your defined service level objectives (SLO). By linking this product with JP1/Performance Management, you can also monitor service usability (service operating rate, MTTR, and MTBF) and the performance of service-related systems (operating statuses of servers and various applications). By monitoring and evaluating these performance indicators, you can maintain and improve service performance as needed.
