NEXPERIENCE is a methodology for collaborative creation with customers advocated by Hitachi. It develops new businesses while visualizing various insight from multiple perspectives through workshops with customers. The approach is comprised of "methods" for creating new businesses, "IT tools" that support the methods and "collaborative creation spaces for customers" that support discussions at workshops.
Social and corporate issues are becoming more complex with social diversification and globalization. To solve such issues through collaborative creation with customers, a method for integrating the viewpoint of researchers and designers in service engineering and creating new businesses was systematized.
NEXPERIENCE contributes to the creation of new and innovative businesses by invigorating "collaborative creation workshops" that use methods, IT tools and collaborative creation spaces for customers.
