Why is a "design × digital" approach effective for tearing down the "walls" to realize digital transformation? Many companies tend to fall into a situation where they start to adopt digital solutions before clarifying the issues. At the start, it's necessary to discuss and clarify the essential issues, the path to the solution, and what goals to ultimately aim at, with all stakeholders including management and the IT department, et al.
