In a ubiquitous network society, people on the move can access services through various terminals. Devices such as computers, handheld terminals, digital home appliances, vehicles, and sensors are connected to each other to create a network and provide secure and seamless service. A new platform, "ubiquitous service middleware", is currently being developed together with various application services, which include single sign-on technology to reduce user burden, context and profile management technology to offer user and user environment optimized service, and web-telephony cooperation technology to support easy communication between users anytime.
