Storage systems are operated from a service-level perspective (e.g. performance, availability) in order to ensure stable operation of corporate information systems. Various storage services to support stable operations are being developed, such as Storage Service Cycle which consists of an assessment phase, where recommendations are made for further improvements; an implementation phase, where storage systems are implemented to meet customer's requirements; and a reporting phase, where the current status with possible problems is reported. The customer is supported in every operation throughout the cycle.
