ABSTRACT

The scale and complexity of urban infrastructure facilities such as waterworks, sewers, roads, and rivers continues to increase. Within this environment, public service improvements revolving around increased density and diversity, as well as qualified operations by limited number of people are desired.

Multimedia technology, which has recently expanded rapidly, is expected to provide solutions to these needs. Using multimedia technology, a wide range of information, including video and sound, can be centrally managed, and different types of information such as maps, text, figures, and process data can be easily integrated.

In combination with control using computational intelligence (CI), multimedia technology can be used to create more user friendly systems.
