Energy saving control that starts from multi-control

Our energy conservation operations are achieved through the following 3 functions: the Active Power Control (APC) function, in which the compressor operating pressure setting value is automatically controlled in accordance with the pressure required by the air tool at the delivery destination side, the “Power Save Control (PSC)” function in which the upper pressure limit is lowered in accordance with the compressor load factor to reduce excess air pressure, and the ”Auto Start & Stop (ASS)” function where when the no-load state continues, the compressor automatically stops, and the compressor automatically starts up when the pressure drops below a set pressure.

Precise pressure control with APC

Air pressure losses occur as a result of the air expelled from the compressor passing through various kinds of equipment. Therefore AIRZEUS does a calculation to ensure that the air pressure at the end is constant, and automatically controls the pressure setting value of the compressor. Wasteful high pressure is reduced, and high energy saving effects can be achieved.

Terminal pressure control through PSC

The unload pressure (upper limit pressure) is reduced in accordance with the load factor of the compressor, so reducing excess air pressure conserves energy.

Automatic starting and stopping through ASS

The plant pressure is increased up to the pressure that is set in advance, and if the no-load state continues for longer than the set period, the compressor automatically stops. When the plant pressure decreases to a set pressure, the compressor automatically starts up, eliminating wasted power.
