Then inspection is carried out on the wheel shaft bearings, truck framework, main electric motors, etc., to inspect for unusual temperature increases, vibrations, or oil leaks, etc. A running test is carried out with 1 set of 2 trucks, and the wheels of the test trucks are rotated by drive motors via the rail wheel device. Axle loads are applied by hydraulic force of a loading device via the air springs of the trucks.
