Overview

Aerobic and anaerobic agitation possible with a single unit.

By adding an air intake valve to its popular high-efficiency easy maintenance SPAROTOR spiral aerator, it is possible to change from aerobic to anaerobic operation whenever necessary.
The SPAROTOR Ace is the ace of aerators.

Configuration

Features

  1. Easy startup and dual operation
In small-scale sewage treatment facilities, continuous use of conventional aerators when the inflow load is low can result in excessive aeration, while intermittent use only may cause sludge to settle and accumulate. However, with the SPAROTOR Ace, it is possible to maintain optimum levels of both aeration and agitation thanks to the air intake valve.
  2. Enhanced denitrification efficiency
It is possible to easily create aerobic or anaerobic conditions while maintaining adequate levels of agitation within the aeration tank.
Therefore, it is possible to achieve stable control of both the nitrification and denitrification processes in oxidation ditches.
  3. Diverse range of applications

The SPAROTOR Ace can be used in a variety of different applications such as these below.
    • Oxidation ditch process
    • Batch treatment
    • Prefabricated oxidation ditches
    • Recycled nitrification-denitrification process
