Global Operations Consistent Services to Our Customers’ Businesses in Three Key Regionals

Hitachi has a global team to provide services to customers, primarily in India, ASEAN, and North America, to support introduction and operational advancement of financial IT services, and to provide social innovation services through collaboration with different industries.

India

In India, through Hitachi Payment Services (HPY), we provide ATM*1/POS*2 managed services/payment services to local financial institutions and payment service providers, and in 2019, we established a joint venture with State Bank Of India (SBI), one of India’s leading state-owned banks, to expand services for electronic payment merchants and to provide analytical services utilizing payment data to support the expansion of the value chain in non-cash payment. We will continue to provide new services to financial institutions/clients in different industries through the integration of payment and social innovation services.
