Based on the hybrid cloud solution Hitachi EverFlex Data Infrastructure (Hitachi's data platform solution with usage-based pricing), we provide overall optimization of storage and operation services, thereby reducing the power consumption of used equipment and reducing labor hours in the usage departments and information system department.

Introducing the hybrid cloud solution Hitachi EverFlex Data Infrastructure (Hitachi's data platform solution with usage-based pricing) optimized storage operation management tasks, improved the efficiency of storage usage, and reduced equipment power consumption.
The solution reduced the customer’s work hours required for operations management.

This evaluation calculation uses Hitachi, Ltd.'s CO₂ calculation method
SI-LCA^*2 at the stage of actual use (based on information as of February 2022) as the target of the evaluation.
The storage system evaluated was VSP5500.
