What is the predictive-diagnosis solution using motor currents?
This solution collects data on motor currents, analyzes the data by using Hitachi’s AI-based predictive-diagnosis algorithm*, provides visualization of the degree of abnormality, and thereby enables inexperienced workers to diagnose abnormalities in motors.
If an abnormality occurs with a motor (for example, if a motor deteriorates), the load on the motor changes, and the behavior of motor currents also change. This solution captures, analyzes and makes visible such small changes in motor currents.
