Explanation

Ecomoney is one of community money (regional money) which can only use in a fixed region. This has been under at twenty-five hundred regions in the world, at the thirty regions in Japan. There are some methods in community money. Ecomoney has been used in Japan, LETS has been used almost in Europe and America. Ecomoney which fellow residents exchange rating the services of volunteer and mutual help, is unable to be cashed. Cities, towns and villages and NPO (Non-profit-organization) have often introduced this for activating the regions. The feature is that each region has named its monetary standard unique name. For example, "Kurine" in Kuriyama Town, Hokkaido. "Oumi" in Kusatsu City, Shiga Prefecture. "Peanuts" in Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture. LETS is the system that people can do ordinaly their shopping by it, because a monetary ecomoney to add to volunteer economy has been an object of the value too.
