Hitachi Large Capacity Refrigerator "Vacuum Compartment FS" X series: R-X6700D & R-X6200D awarded "iF Product Design Award 2014"
Hitachi, Ltd. and Hitachi Appliances, Inc., today announced that Hitachi Appliance's large capacity refrigerator "Vacuum Compartment FS" X series has been awarded the "iF Product Design Award 2014" by iF International Forum Design GmbH (Hannover, Germany).
Large capacity refrigerator "Vacuum Compartment FS" X series features a sophisticated flat design that allows its significant volume to be layouted with any spaces harmoniously. This design is easy to integrate with the architecture of surrounding furniture and system kitchen that elegantly enriches the interior space even further. Furthermore, the innovative gradation of Magnolia color will blend beautifully with darker wooden interior. This awarded model equips the Power-assisted Doors in addition to the Power-assisted Drawers and a Touch Screen Controller that is built-in on the door seamlessly. All the practical functions do not require more than just a simple and effortless touch.
