Omika Works (hereinafter referred to as "the organization") recognizes that global environmental conservation is one of the most important issues common to mankind, and is engaged in environmental activities to contribute to the creation of a sustainable society through corporate involvement activities in the research, development, design, procurement, manufacturing, and sales activities of products and systems related to social infrastructure.
Omika Works has acquired integrated authentication of the environmental management system “ISO 14001:2015” and the energy management system “ISO 50001:2018”.
In addition, we are registered as one of “Ibaraki Prefecture Recycler in Good-standing Offices” and as one of “Ibaraki Prefecture’s Eco-Offices“.

Control System Platform Division won “Energy Management Insight Award” promoted by Energy Management Working Group under the Clean Energy Ministerial in June, 2016.This award commends companies and organizations which have ISO50001 certification, case studies or superior improving of energy efficiency and cost cutting.
Omika Works is promoting demonstration of its distributed energy management system based on solar power generation and accumulators, in cooperation with nearby Hitachi Industry & Control Solutions, Ltd. and Hitachi Power Solutions Co.,Ltd.
Omika Works thus seeks to prevent disasters, and is contributing to the ‘Smart Industrial City’ project of the city of Hitachi in Ibaraki Prefecture.
