Explanation

Business dynamics is an evaluation method that applies "system dynamics" (proposed by J. W. Forrester of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology) to business. It makes it possible to model the complex components of causal relationships that affect volatility in business and to evaluate whether a business will be a success or a failure and whether it will make a profit or a loss. It is effective in cases like investigating successful business plans (when new business plans are being drawn up) and investigating the effectiveness of measures taken during project management.
Business dynamics is being applied as one technology for supporting a service provided by Hitachi—called "Data Analytics Meister"—for utilizing "big data" in business.
