This communication robot is designed to support business operations, for example by providing reception functions and guidance in offices, hospitals, welfare facilities, etc. To provide a communication experience that enables people to communicate naturally, we unified the appearance into a rounded form familiar to everyone.
We purposely designed the face to have no elements other than the eyes, so that people could freely imagine emotions and facial expressions. If you speak to the robot, the LED-equipped ears light up and it gently tells you, “I'm listening”.
