Hitachi looks forward to integrate IT with India's infrastructure needs, and contribute and respond to issues plaguing the IT sector. Hitachi is also working on connecting different infrastructure systems like energy, water and transportation to help people share resources and respond effectively to the needs of the society.
The Hitachi Group in partnership with NDTV held the Hitachi Social Innovation Forum 2015 in Bengaluru on August 19th, 2015. The forum introduced customers and partners to Hitachi Group’s vision of making India digitally self-reliant. Industry experts and Indian authorities came together to discuss the growing importance of integrating information technologies with infrastructure needs. The panel also discussed ways to contribute and respond to issues in the Indian IT sector.
A number of sessions were held to discuss India’s digital transformation and other related aspects.
