Please note that your acceptance of the following procedure is required for your application to be processed further.

Select Training Courses

Please read and check contents, objectives, and prerequisites of courses, and select the appropriate courses for you. Some courses are required for those who have certain levels of knowledge. People who do not meet the prerequisites shall take introduction courses as well.

Apply for Training Courses

Please call the Training Center or sales departments of closest Hitachi Agencies to you, and check availabilities of the courses. Please fill out the application form completely after you agreed to General Terms and Conditions. Completed forms should also be sent to the Training Center 4 weeks before the course starts. This is available by following contact. Regular course training applications are processed in the order of receipt (according to the principle “First come, first served”).

Receive Invoice

After we receive the application, you will receive the invoice. Please confirm the contents after you receive it and pay the amount we invoiced you according to the following preferred payment methods (bank transfer).

Pay Course Fees

After you receive the invoice, please pay the course fees to the designated account in Japanese Yen (JPY) 7 days before the course begins. You are responsible for paying all bank transfer fees. You can obtain information on this procedure from your bank. The following methods of bank transfer will be available:

  1. Payment by Japan standard bank transfer. You must have a bank account in JAPAN. In this case, you must assume all exchange fees and all bank transfer costs (the sending bank and any clearing bank costs), and ensure that the amount received by us is the same as the amount we invoiced you, without deductions for any such fees and costs.
  2. Payment by foreign bank transfer. You must have a bank account outside of Japan. In this case, you must assume all exchange fees and all bank transfer costs (the sending bank, recipient bank, and any clearing bank costs), and ensure that the amount received by us is the same as the amount we invoiced you, without deductions for any such fees and costs.How to login and logoff
  3. The course fees exclude your travel cost, accommodation fees and any other expenses.
  4. Receipts of money transfer payment is substituted for the receipts of the course fees. If your application/order was successful, you will receive an order confirmation.

Note when Attending Training Courses

Please bring the order confirmation on the first day of course, and submit it when you enter the training center. You may enter the training center from 8:40am (The standard time of the course is from 9:00am to 4:30pm).
The ending time of the last day of course would be changed depending on courses.

  1. Driving your private vehicles to the training center is forbidden.
  2. Contacts to trainees during the duration of the courses are available via e-mail, not phone.

Cancel the Application

Please inform us a cancellation 2 weeks before the course starts, regardless of paid/unpaid course fees. We do not accept the cancellation after that time. However, we could arrange you to another course with further consultation.

Course Cancellation

Please note that course, which does not reach its enrollment limits, might be cancelled.
