Hitachi in Myanmar
Hitachi first established a presence in Myanmar in November 2012 as Hitachi Thailand Yangon Branch. In May 2014, it became Hitachi Asia Ltd. (Myanmar Branch) to further explore the country’s growing business opportunities and support sustainable development. Hitachi has also long contributed to Myanmar’s social infrastructure, supplying power generation equipment to local power plants since the 1950s.

Hitachi Energy Thailand Ltd. has a long history of continuing association with the development of Thailand’s utility and industry sectors for more than 90 years. Our manufacturing base in Thailand is located in Bangpoo Industrial Estate where we manufacture capacitors, power transformer production, transformer service and an oil laboratory. To strengthen our after sales service and to serve our customers nationwide, we have established Rayong Business Center in Rayong Province.

As an automotive after-market supplier to Asia, Middle East and African markets, we offer a wide range of high quality Shock Absorbers, Brake Pads and Electrical & Electronic parts such as Ignition Coil, Alternator, Starter, Air Flow Sensor etc. Besides that, we also provide Flow Meter and other Industrial Equipment to our regional customers.
Building Systems
Hitachi Elevator (Myanmar) was established in July 2015. We aim to contribute to the society through the development of original technology with our one stop service for Elevators and Escalators, which includes Sales, Engineering, Installation & Maintenance.
