    Hitachi Sports Tournament 2025: Promoting Teamwork and One Hitachi Spirit in Indonesia

    The inaugural Hitachi Sports Tournament 2025 showcased the vibrant spirit and collaborative culture of the Hitachi Group in Indonesia. Employees participated in bowling, badminton, and relay races, combining friendly competition with opportunities to strengthen connections across the Group.
     

    The tournament opened at Hitachi Indonesia’s office with a speech from Koji Hachiya, Managing Director of PT Hitachi Asia Indonesia, followed by a traditional Indonesian rice cone ceremony. This symbolic act of gratitude, unity, and shared celebration reflects Hitachi’s core values of Harmony, Sincerity, and Pioneering Spirit. A casual networking session and dinner followed, providing additional opportunities for employees to connect as they celebrated the launch of the tournament and the collective One Hitachi spirit.

    Held over five days, the tournament featured two days each of bowling and badminton competition, culminating in an exciting relay race finale. With a total prize pool of around Rp 21 million, the tournament fostered friendly rivalry and promoted teamwork and collaboration.
