Hitachi Asia Ltd. will be participating in Data Centre World Asia (DCWA) 2026 where it will showcase how its latest and next-generation innovations are transforming the future for data centers.
In alignment with this year’s DCWA theme, “Data Centres Built for an AI and Energy Crisis”, Hitachi’s presence will highlight how integrated energy, digital and infrastructure solutions can help data center operators prepare for the demands of AI. The showcase will demonstrate how these capabilities can be brought together across power, cooling, monitoring and operations to help operators manage increasingly complex data center environments.
Located at L1 of the Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Singapore, the Hitachi booth (stand F60) will showcase an integrated suite of data center capabilities providing an end-to-end system solution for future-ready data centers across several key categories:
1. HMAX Data Center: Hitachi’s HMAX Data Center vision brings together energy, digital and operational technologies to give operators greater visibility and control across the data center ecosystem. Solutions including HMAX DC and HMAX Energy enable unified monitoring, automated inspection and predictive analytics to support resilient, efficient and always-on operations.
2. Accelerate speed to capacity: Hitachi helps data center operators bring new capacity online faster through solutions spanning Energy Hub, Grid-eXpand®, Grid-to-Rack and Power Conversion Solutions. Modular, standardized and factory-tested technologies help data centers connect to the grid and come online faster, while supporting the move to next-generation 800V power systems for AI workloads.
3. Secure and manage AI-ready infrastructure: Hitachi combines power quality, automation, cooling and energy-management technologies to strengthen the reliability and efficiency of increasingly dense AI environments. Solutions such as EconiQ® switchgear, TVP® transformers, PQactiF active filters and DC-HAAS, alongside AI-driven energy forecasting and advanced cooling technologies, help operators protect critical infrastructure, improve uptime and manage increasingly complex power requirements.
4. Build and optimize with intelligence: Hitachi applies AI and integrated digital platforms to help operators make better use of infrastructure and manage increasingly complex data center environments. The Gigawatt Operator uses specialized AI agents to optimize operations in real time, while the Intelligent Platform System (IPS) brings building, energy, facilities, surveillance and other operational systems together within a centralized Digital Operations Command Centre.
5. Pioneer beyond today: Hitachi is developing new architectures that integrate power, compute and cooling more closely for the next generation of AI data centers. Technologies including SHERPA – Energy Hub, DC800V Intelligence and GPU-Cooling Integrated Control System are designed to dynamically coordinate workloads, energy and thermal management — supporting higher AI throughput, faster access to power and more resilient AI-ready capacity.
Featuring a comprehensive portfolio of solutions at its booth, the exhibit showcases the strength of the One Hitachi approach, addressing key challenges that the industry is facing today, and the pressing question of “What’s next in data center innovation?
“The next phase of data center innovation will be defined by how intelligently infrastructure can be connected, managed and optimized amidst increased AI demands. Adding more power and compute capacity is only part of the challenge. Operators also need a clearer view of how their energy and digital systems are performing, and the ability to manage them as complexity increases. Through initiatives such as HMAX Data Center, Hitachi is bringing these capabilities together to help data centers become more adaptive, efficient and resilient, and better prepared for the demands of the AI era.”
- KJ Joshi, Chief Business Officer and Head of Data Centre Business at Hitachi Ltd
