Interviews about problems

In this phase, we conduct interviews to collect information about customer problems.
We collect information about equipment and devices where problems occur. We discuss with customers about how to resolve the customer problems by implementing this solution.

Selection of targets

After collecting information about problems, we move on to this phase to prepare for the verification and investigation required for system configuration.
After examining the customer problems to be resolved, we discuss with customers about the targets to which this solution should be applied.

PoC (proof of concept)

In this phase, we verify whether this solution is effective for the diagnostics targets.
We receive data from the customer, analyze the data, and inform the customer of the analysis results.
The customer can determine whether the analysis is effective for resolving their problems.

Investigation of the customer environment

In this phase, we perform tuning before introducing our system, so that this solution will work effectively.
We investigate the customer environment and tune appropriately.

System configuration

We examine the results of the investigation of the customer environment and configure a system in the customer environment.
