HI-FLOW is a flowchart-type programming language that lets you enter the actual action flows of machinery and equipment, and also monitor and debug those flows on an input screen

S10V provides an efficient programming and debugging environment in a readable, easy-to-understand flowchart screen.
The action monitor displays the status of stepping positions being executed according to the created flowchart and the waiting conditions so as to easily perform debugging and troubleshooting.
S10V shares the memory (data transfer) with the ladder diagram and HI-FLOW.

For designers...

For programming, you only need to enter an operational procedure for the machine. This significantly shortens the required design time. In a test run of the machine, you can also check step-by-step operation at a time and adjust the machine in a short period.

For maintenance personnel...

S10V lets you monitor the input/output status (ON/OFF) and coefficient values of I/O on a real-time basis, and easily search for the current execution positions (waiting for input). You can therefore significantly shorten the time needed to identify the cause of any equipment trouble.

For personnel in charge of correction and modification...

S10V displays the actions of machinery in flowchart form, allowing you to clearly understand what the machinery is doing. Unlike the ladder diagram, the system only requires modification of the region concerned, resulting in modification with fewer errors.

For manager...

Programs written in HI-FLOW provide the action specifications as they are. The programs are therefore easy to review and also require shorter times for consideration.

Note : The use of HI-FLOW requires a CMU (an expanded CPU).
