What does “NEXPERIENCE” mean?

“NEXPERIENCE” is a methodology by which Hitachi and its customers create new businesses and services together. It was coined by combining the words “NEW,” “NEXT,” and “EXPERIENCE” to embody an approach for realizing new user experiences. It is made up of methods, tools, and spaces that support the series of events that include the sharing of issues and visions with customers, the creation of new business concepts, and the design of business models.
