We develop and supply lithium ion batteries for hybrid vehicles, which have high fuel efficiency and make a major contribution to CO2 emission reduction. By putting these batteries on a mass product footing, we help automakers to develop hybrid vehicles, achieving fuel economy improvements and gas emission reductions.
We are also making our contribution to the spread of rail systems, which are attracting the world's attention as an environmentally conscious way for medium-distance mass transportation.
